ABOUT CAPTAIN LAWRENCE BREWERY
Captain Lawrence Brewing Co was founded in 2005 by long time home brewer and Fermentation Science graduate Scott Vaccaro. After working for a leading craft brewer in California and a small brew pub in Connecticut, Vaccaro decided it was time to open a brewery in Westchester County, the place in which he grew up. The brewery was originally opened in the Pleasantville, NY and operated in its original facility until December 2011 when it moved to its current location of 444 Saw Mill River Rd, in Elmsford NY. The new location has allowed for the addition of 12 oz bottles to the portfolio of offerings and an expansion into Western New York and New Jersey.
