Brian Mollner, family care category development manager at P&G will present “Strategically Linking Category Insights to Store-Level Planograms,” on Wednesday, Sept. 25. In this session, Mollner will share the recent category management innovation his team implemented to develop a much faster and repeatable process to generate store-level planogram for thousands of stores. He will also discuss the strategic benefits that retailers and shoppers will gain from this innovation. In this session, George Mirza, senior product development project director, JDA Software, will also explain how the category management solution implemented by P&G can be implemented in the cloud to accelerate implementation effort and benefits.
