For the fourth consecutive year, Solstice Mobile has been named to Inc. Magazine’s Fastest Growing Private Companies list, jumping over 1,200 places this year with 91 percent revenue growth and over 125 jobs added in the past three years. The company’s dramatic growth has driven the need for a larger footprint from which to serve its burgeoning roster of clients, as well as additional facilities in new markets. In December, Solstice will move into a newly constructed enterprise innovation campus at 111 N. Canal in downtown Chicago. The 31,000 sq. ft space will be the company’s new global headquarters and will serve as an ideation and innovation hub designed to enhance and accelerate the delivery of next-generation business and technology solutions. Similarly, the continued growth of client relationships and employee ranks has led to the latest Solstice Mobile office opening slated for October, located in New York City at 902 Broadway, ideally situated in Manhattan’s Flatiron district.

As Chief Financial Officer, Kardatzke is responsible for all operations associated with finance, IT and human resources. He spent the last 17 years in various management roles in the technology, services and telecommunications industries, including as an entrepreneur co-founding SageTV, which was acquired by Google in 2011. Over his career, Dan has been involved in corporate finance, M&A, capital raising, business development and strategic planning & analysis at companies such as Publicis Groupe and Global Capacity.
Koleno brings with him over 10 years of mobile industry experience, with a background in both small businesses and large enterprise organizations. His primary role at Solstice is leading mobile application development teams and working with clients to enhance the way they do business through agile mobile development in key markets including financial services and retail. Mann has over 15 years of experience in the consulting and financial services industry, specializing in mobile, Internet and digital. Karam joins the leadership team at Solstice with 12 years of enterprise application development expertise with a background focused in mobile and enterprise J2EE architecture and technologies. As Directors of Solution Delivery, both Mann and Karam are responsible for providing strategic direction and delivery support, planning and project execution for Solstice’s leading enterprise clients.
