CHESTER, Pa.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Synygy, a leading worldwide provider of consulting, technology enablement, software support, and outsourcing solutions that improve sales operations and drive sales performance, today announced the hiring of Erich Sachse as Vice President, Consulting Services.

With eleven years of prior experience at Synygy, most recently as Global Consulting Services Director, Mr. Sachse has helped dozens of clients across multiple industries successfully address a wide range of strategic and tactical issues related to compensation plans, customer segmentation, call planning, territory design, and quota setting.
In his new role, Mr. Sachse will be tasked with leading the expansion of two technology-agnostic consulting services offerings:
- Synygy Assessment Services, which include identification of initiatives for improving the performance of sales operations departments and selling organizations and crafting a plan for execution of these initiatives; and
- Synygy Transformation Services, which include incentive compensation plan design and modeling, customer segmentation and targeting, call planning, sales force sizing, territory alignments, and quota setting.

The appointment of Mr. Sachse is the latest in a series of planned and completed executive personnel changes to cement Synygy’s position as a leader in the development and delivery of high-value professional services that improve the effectiveness and performance of sale operations departments and selling organizations at the largest companies throughout the world.
Earlier in the year, Scott Cawood was promoted to President of Professional Services. Last month, Synygy welcomed Sharon O'Shea to the company as Vice President, Marketing. And this month, Arturo Bentin was promoted to Vice President, Technology Enablement Services; John Ristuccia was promoted to Vice President, Software Support Services; and Edward Crane was promoted to Vice President, Outsourcing Services.
