The leading-edge solution was developed to accommodate a new state-of-the-art facility that supports IP-based telephony rather than wireline technology. In fewer than six months, CSG implemented a highly reliable call handling, routing, and delivery solution to its contact center that utilized VOIP technology while preserving all of the features and functionality of its existing voice platform.
