ST. LOUIS--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Leading Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) IFF announced today the hiring of a Director of Lending, Matt Nordman, for its St. Louis office. This newly created position reflects the growing demand for affordable, below-market financing in Missouri’s nonprofit sector.

Matt brings almost two decades of experience in real estate development and finance, including work as an attorney, developer, and consultant. Over the last 12 years, Matt’s work with U.S. Bank, St. Louis Equity Fund, and Enterprise Bank has facilitated meaningful relationships within the St. Louis nonprofit and financial communities.

Matt has a J.D., MA in Urban Affairs, and a BA in Political Science, all from St. Louis University.
