Steve White is the Managing Director of the new practice. His background includes over 30 years of management consulting experience―including serving as the Partner-in-Charge of Ernst & Young’s Financial Services consulting practice in the East region, spanning nineteen states from Maine to Florida. During his corporate career in financial services Steve has worked with many of the largest banks in the country, has provided consulting services to most of the major players in the card-payments industry, and he has provided consulting services to Fortune 500 companies in Europe as well as South and Central America. Joining the practice as Vice President is payments industry expert, Cynthia Bailey. Her background includes over 20 years of experience in the electronic payments industry – working with banks, payments processors, acquirers, Independent Sales Organizations and more. With experience at the start-up, IPO and Fortune 500 company stages, Cynthia most recently spent the past 14 years as the Editor-in-Chief and Managing Publisher of Transaction World Magazine, a monthly payments publication she co-founded in 1999.
