HOMEWOOD, Ala.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Dunkin' Donuts, America’s all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, is celebrating the Grand Opening of a new restaurant in Homewood, Alabama at 505 Brookwood Boulevard on September 14th. To celebrate the grand opening, the restaurant will host an event from 7-11am featuring free coffee, the Dunkin’ mascots Cuppy and Sprinkles, a prize wheel where Dunkin’ Donuts giveaways will be given away with each spin of the wheel and a live radio remote hosted by Madison Reeves of WDXB.

The new restaurant first opened its doors on May 28th and has been a welcome addition to the Homewood community. “There is a positive impact on a community when a new business opens and begins hiring locally,” said Celia Cody, Field Marketing Manager for Dunkin’ Donuts. “Dunkin’ Donuts is one of the world’s leading brands and we are proud to serve the people of Homewood as both a retailer and an employer.”
The restaurant is operated by veteran Dunkin’ franchisee, Sam Charania, who currently operates eleven locations in Atlanta and four in Birmingham. Charania chose Homewood for his latest location based on the size and commercial base of the area. The Brookwood Boulevard location is situated in close proximity to the large populations at both Samford University and the Brookwood Medical Center.
The new restaurant offers guests Dunkin’ Donuts’ high-quality, great-tasting menu items that can be enjoyed all day, including classic favorites such as a wide variety of hot and iced coffee, lattes and cappuccinos, and new menu innovations such as Bakery Sandwiches.
