ORLANDO, Fla.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Dirty Girl Mud Run, the original women-only national mud run series and the largest in the country, is heading to the Orlando and Tampa area on Saturday, November 23. Register here to join the nearly 1,000 women who will be getting muddy at Little Everglades Ranch in Dade City, FL.
Dirty Girl Mud Run challenges women of all ages and athletic abilities to get out of their comfort zones, get dirty, and accomplish something brand new as they run, jump, slip, and slide through Dirty Girl’s 12 awesome obstacles, all of which are optional.
Dirty Girl believes in providing women with a challenging and empowering environment to achieve new levels in life‐confidence while having fun and bonding with loved ones. From start to finish, the Dirty Girl Mud Run in Central Florida will be an unforgettable event and an incredible team-building experience. Participants can expect excitement, laughter and camaraderie—as well as lots of music, refreshments, and a complimentary drink. Each Dirty Girl event attracts thousands of participants, and over 350,000 women are expected to take part in events nationwide in 2013.
Women aged 14 and up can participate in Dirty Girl events. Entry fee is $65-$100, depending on how far in advance you register.
Running for a good cause: In 2013, Dirty Girl plans to contribute $250,000 in cash support to Bright Pink (brightpink.org), the only national non-profit organization focused on the prevention and early detection of breast and ovarian cancer in young women.
Cancer survivors always participate in Dirty Girl events free of charge.
