Thomas, who has been a consultant and member of the Advisory Board since 2012, will be based in London. In this new role, he will be accountable for the organization’s commitment to the delivery of a world-class customer service experience, as well as the ongoing expansion of HSP around the globe. Thomas comes to HSP with 25 years of experience in international business services. Most recently, he was a Partner in KPMG, leading their Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory practice in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), advising clients on their service delivery strategy for Finance, HR, IT and Procurement. Prior to KPMG, Thomas led the European sale of the sourcing advisor EquaTerra into KPMG, having had a successful career leading outsourcing organizations for both Fidelity and Ceridian.
