Roper to Vice President. Dr. Roper has a Ph.D. in finance from Duke University and specializes in cases related to securities, valuation, asset management, corporate transactions, and markets for financial instruments.

Andrew H. Roper provides expert testimony and consulting in matters involving claims of fraud, misrepresentation, and breach of contract. He has addressed questions of predominance, commonality, materiality, causation, and damages in such industries as financial institutions, technology, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, professional services, and durable and nondurable goods. He has expertise in issues arising in class certification, expert discovery, and trial, along with corporate and government investigations.
Dr. Roper is also currently a lecturer in law at Stanford University. He taught financial economics at the University of Wisconsin and Duke University prior to joining Cornerstone Research.
