Speakers will discuss how benefits professionals can identify unique opportunities for growth, development and skills improvement.

Patalano serves as program chair for NECB’s graduate programs in Human Resource Management, Business Administration and Finance, and has more than 17 years of HR practitioner and consulting experience in a variety of industries. She will present with Sam Gruenbaum, the president of BTHR Solutions, a specialized human resource services firm.
