Forms inMotion (developed by KeyMark) enables businesses to centrally manage its forms and provides users with the latest copies of the forms they need. The partnership with Fujitsu offers users a seamless forms management solution.

Forms inMotion streamlines forms management utilizing mobile tablet technology. The easy-to-use product allows customers to:
- Control access to forms by user login
- Easily upload, organize, and update forms (which are automatically updated during user sessions)
- Complete and sign forms from tablet devices, even offline. (Form data is saved and sent to secure server immediately or when user is back online.)
- Integrate the delivered forms back into workflows or business processes
