CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sullivan, Cotter and Associates, Inc., one of the nation’s leading independent compensation, benefits and human resources management consulting firms, is pleased to announce an expansion of its health care compensation and benefits expertise with the addition of Laura Lennartz as a Principal based in its Philadelphia office and Ed DeLuryea as a Principal based in its Atlanta office.

Lennartz will be responsible for advising organizations and boards on executive compensation strategy and design, creating and implementing incentive plans for executives and participating in the design of compensation programs. Prior to joining SullivanCotter, she worked as a Principal at Mercer Consulting in its human capital business. She brings more than 14 years of experience providing solutions to tax-exempt and health care clients with complex human capital challenges. Lennartz is a certified equity professional (CEP) candidate and has a Master of Arts in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Colorado.
DeLuryea brings more than 20 years of human resources consulting experience with a deep expertise in executive benefits, retirement plan design, mergers and acquisitions, compliance management and pension risk management. At SullivanCotter, DeLuryea will work with clients to develop benefit strategies to support their total compensation philosophies for employees and executives. Prior to joining SullivanCotter, DeLuryea spent 12 years at Buck Consulting and, in his most recent role, served as Atlanta Retirement Practice Leader and a Principal of the firm. DeLuryea has also worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Towers Watson (formerly Towers Perrin) and Kwasha Lipton. DeLuryea is an enrolled actuary with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and economics from Hamilton College in New York.
