After earning a business management degree from the University of Arizona, Peterson served as a community director, handling account managerial tasks and the day-to-day operations of a large property. In addition to his hands-on experience with property management and budgets and his degree in business management, Peterson has training in human resources, fair housing laws, and tax credit program compliance.
