Dresselaers is a 37-year veteran of the investment industry. He joined H. Beck in 2003 as a group leader and was promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer three years later. Previously, he was president of Polaris Financial Services, Inc.
A native of Boston, MA, Dresselaers, 56, currently resides in Germantown, MD.

The firm provides broker-dealer services to 900 registered representatives in 540 offices across the US and is recognized by InvestmentNews and Financial Planning magazines as a Top 50 Independent Broker-Dealer based upon annual revenue. H. Beck was purchased by Securian Financial Group Inc. in 2008.
