The Emergency CallWorks (ECW) 9-1-1 emergency incident management system provides users with a more intuitive, web-based interface and converged workflow to manage incidents in a faster, more efficient, holistic manner. The new system being demonstrated in booth 1628 at the APCO Expo has been adopted by a wide collection of PSAPs throughout the United States, ranging from single position customers to multi-county deployments with hundreds of users.
