NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates today announced the additions of auto industry veteran Anne Belec and search industry expert Clare Metcalf to the Chicago office. Anne serves as a member of the Industrial/Natural Resources sector and Clare in the firm’s Corporate Officers sector.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Anne was Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic Group, a business and brand strategy consulting firm. Before Mosaic, she was Chief Marketing Officer for Navistar, Inc. a manufacturer of commercial and military vehicles, parts and accessories. Earlier, she was Director of Global Marketing for Ford Motor Company. Before that, Anne served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Volvo Cars of North America, overseeing Volvo operations in the United States, Canada and Mexico. She also served as Vice President of Sales Operations for the Volvo Car Corporation in Sweden. Prior to Volvo, Anne held a variety of leadership positions in brand management, marketing, and sales and service with Ford Motor Company.
In addition to her executive experience, Anne has been a board member of the Industrial Alliance Group since 2006, and the Brunswick Corporation since 2008. She holds both a B.Comm. and a B.B.A. from the University of Ottawa in Canada and an M.B.A. in business administration from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, with an emphasis on global business and strategy.

Joining the Corporate Officers sector, Clare Metcalf will focus her search assignments on Financial Officers across all industries in the U.S. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Clare spent the past thirteen years with another leading search firm. There, her experience was primarily focused on conducting financial officer searches, and secondarily chief strategy officer searches in the Consumer sector. Previously, Clare was with Sears, Roebuck and Co., where she served as Director of e-Commerce for www.sears.com. Her responsibilities included the overall design and launch of the company’s consumer electronics category website. Prior to this role, Clare served as Director of Strategy for Sears’ retail operations. She also spent several years as a management consultant in the Consumer Goods practice of A.T. Kearney Management Consultants. She began her career as a Compensation Consultant with The Hay Group.
Clare received her Bachelor’s Degree, honors, in economics and international relations from the University of Pennsylvania and her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, where she received the George Hay Award in marketing.
