FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Moss & Associates announced today that it has agreed to acquire the ongoing operations of Peter R. Brown Construction, the construction management at-risk business of Atkins, one of the world’s leading design, engineering and project management consultancies.

The agreement includes three of Peter Brown’s Southeastern offices: the Tampa/Clearwater and Tallahassee offices in Florida, and the Atlanta office. Moving forward, Peter Brown will pursue and carry out all new construction projects through Moss Construction d/b/a Peter Brown Construction.
