HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seitel, Inc. (“Seitel”), a leading provider of seismic data to the oil and gas industry, announced today that it has completed its offer to exchange up to $250 million aggregate principal amount of its new 9½% senior notes due 2019, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Exchange Notes”), for an equal aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 9½% senior notes due 2019, which were issued in a private placement (the “Private Notes”), (“the Exchange Offer”). The Private Notes and the Exchange Notes are senior unsecured obligations of Seitel and are guaranteed by all of Seitel’s current and future significant domestic restricted subsidiaries. The full $250 million aggregate principal amount of the Private Notes was tendered and received prior to the expiration of the Exchange Offer at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on August 15, 2013.
