ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA)® and its marketing partner Revenew are offering a free, ready-to-go marketing campaign for CEA’s retailer and integrator members participating in the association’s CE Demo Days promotion. Demo Days help drive consumers to retailers’ storefronts and showrooms and generate sales leads for integrators and custom installers.
“The dealer’s local marketing efforts, when combined with CEA’s national media campaign, create a powerful one-two punch in the marketplace”
A major benefit of CEA membership is open and free participation in these national promotions. Working with Revenew, CEA has created a free “toolkit,” valued at $2,500, which includes an integrated suite of digital and print-ready marketing materials that can be branded with a dealer’s logo. The free Demo Days microsite and email campaign help dealers create awareness in their local markets.
“The dealer’s local marketing efforts, when combined with CEA’s national media campaign, create a powerful one-two punch in the marketplace,” said Kerry Moyer, senior director of membership, CEA. “Getting footprints in showrooms and generating leads is a big help for dealers when making the sale.”
This year, CEA is leveraging the national media exposure from its June CE Week in New York City to create awareness among consumers about CE Demo Days. The 2013 Demo Days focus on Ultra HDTV, 3DTV, Connected TV, the big screen home theater experience, the upgraded music experience, and the accessories needed to get the best overall tech experience. Attending these in-store events presents consumers with the perfect opportunity to touch, see and hear these products. Or, by scheduling an appointment, consumers can get personalized attention to find answers to their home technology questions.
