Shareholders elected Lisa Crutchfield, Edward F. Godfrey, Eben S. Moulton, and David A. Whiteley to the Board of Directors for three-year terms. Additionally, shareholders ratified the selection of McGladrey LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for 2013.
