Ms. Worthington, who has worked with Boyden for five years, is a member of the firm’s global consumer goods and industrial practices. During her tenure at Boyden, Ms. Worthington has successfully placed senior executives in general management, finance, marketing and sales, product development, shared services, operations, supply chain, and human resources.

These positions have been with companies in the industrial manufacturing and consumer packaged goods industries that are publically traded, privately held, and majority-owned by private equity firms. Ms. Worthington’s search engagements have been conducted domestically and on an international basis.

Ms. Worthington holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration from Loyola University Chicago (Loyola) graduating with honors. She is a member of the academic honor society Phi Beta Kappa, and she serves as the secretary of Loyola’s National Alumni Advisory Board. In addition, she is the immediate past President of the Loyola GOLD board and an advisor to the university’s Board of Trustees.
