“The combination of our strong balance sheet, the ability to invest in our business, and our market momentum positions us for continued market leadership,” said DriveCam Chairman and CEO Brandon Nixon. “We are proud to be working with some of the best fleets in the world and to be recognized by the investment community for the value we deliver. We are extremely bullish about 2013 and look forward to another year of strong sales expansion, strategic acquisitions and expanded job growth.
“The last two years have brought tremendous expansion,” Nixon continued. “Our financial performance is a direct reflection of the unique solutions we provide our clients in making them safer, more competitive and more profitable. In 2012, we experienced marked growth in mid-market, government, waste, and transportation and logistics. As a result, we are confident of our positioning for expansion into additional new markets – and continued growth in current markets – in 2013.”
Many top-tier fleets within DriveCam’s growing portfolio expanded their relationship by adding additional vehicles into the program and extending multi-year contracts. These included Waste Management, First Transit and AmeriGas. In addition, DriveCam completed rollouts with existing fleets. Further strengthening DriveCam’s footprint was its contract award by National Joint Powers Alliance® (NJPA) in the United States and major client wins in Canada, the United Kingdom and South Africa.
