The annual BTIG Commissions for Charity Day will host celebrities at several of BTIG’s offices including New York, Los Angeles, Boston and San Francisco. Star attendees to work alongside BTIG traders answering clients’ calls in order to raise money for a variety of children’s charities. Over the last eleven years, BTIG’s Charity Day has donated more than $21 million from equity, fixed income and derivative trading commission profits to 350 nonprofit organizations.
Charities benefiting from this event are typically nominated by clients and the celebrity participants, with an emphasis on selecting child focused organizations. Last year, BTIG donated over $4.5 million to more than 170 children’s charities around the world, including:

The first annual BTIG Commissions for Children's Charity Day was held in 2003 and raised funds for three charities. Over the past eleven years it has grown to be an international event, with all BTIG branches and affiliates participating.
