The conference took place January 15 – 17, 2013 in Miami, Florida and included institutional investors, investment bankers, sell-side research analysts, private equity professionals and executives of public and private companies. The conference featured presentations by more than 150 public and private companies and offered timely panels on topics ranging from shareholder activism to trends for teen consumers. More than 2,200 professionals were in attendance, a record for the event.
