BRUSSELS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EFIB organisers EuropaBio and Smithers Rapra respond to the success in 2012 by announcing plans to deliver the biggest and most ambitious congress in the sector to date.
EFIB 2013 will be held in the prestigious SQUARE, Brussels on 30 September to 2 October. Thanks to its recent success, 2013 marks the transformation from a large conference to a full scale congress. Attracting over 1,000 professionals working within the dynamic and sustainable biobased industry to meet, debate and shape the future. Building on its growing reputation as the place where business and policy makers meet with an exciting new format.
In its 6th year, EFIB expands the programme to consist of 2 high-level plenaries including senior ministers and commissioners; CEO’s from global biotechnology leaders participating in Question Time; two focussed workshops and roundtable discussions. Attendees can customise their experience with tracks on Innovation, Feedstocks and Finance. An exhibition hall representing over 50 stands, and featuring a Technology Showcase running over 2 days, will be visited by an anticipated 1,000 attendees from around the globe.
