HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hartigen Solutions, LLC has announced that one of the largest independent power producers in the U.S. has successfully completed the Accelerated TCR Connectivity Testing Market Participant Readiness Milestone that is part of the Southwest Power Pool’s (SPP) Integrated Market Program.
“Our experienced team has helped clients navigate through other major market changes and redesigns, dating back to the initial launch of SPP’s EIS Market”
“Helping our customers complete their readiness milestones for major ISO/RTO market redesigns is equally important to ensuring that Hartigen’s PowerOptixTM ISO/RTO transaction management system stays current with market changes after market go-live,” said David Potts, President of Hartigen Solutions, LLC. “Delivering this capability through Hartigen’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment is an advantage for our customers because Hartigen manages the volatility of changes during market trials and customers focus on execution.”
Hartigen’s release schedule for PowerOptixTM is aligned with SPP’s Market Trial timeline which currently calls for: connectivity testing in January; Structured Testing in June; Unstructured testing in July; and Parallel Operations in November.
Each release will allow Hartigen’s customers to fully meet their SPP readiness milestones, focus on their business processes, and integrate with up and down-stream applications. Hartigen customers can continue utilizing PowerOptixTM via SaaS or deploy PowerOptixTM to their own data centers once Market Trials stabilize.
In addition to PowerOptixTM, Hartigen provides consulting and custom solutions services to help supplement its customer’s readiness efforts with quick implementation of solutions to address gaps. “Our experienced team has helped clients navigate through other major market changes and redesigns, dating back to the initial launch of SPP’s EIS Market,” said Daryl Cote, Hartigen’s Director of Services.
