NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions, LLC, a provider of development, management and other real estate services to colleges, universities, and affiliated entities, announced today that Steve Nonnemaker has joined the company as Director of Development Services. Mr. Nonnemaker will be responsible for the preconstruction and construction phase activities for Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions projects on college and university campuses nationwide, including planning and design support.

Mr. Nonnemaker comes to Balfour Beatty from Aegis Property Group, a project management, transaction management, and real estate advisory company serving the health care, education, research and development, corporate, and public sectors, where he was a development manager and owner’s representative.
“Steve’s extensive background managing numerous higher education projects, which includes administration and science buildings, classrooms, parking facilities as well as residential and historic construction and renovation work, closely aligns with both our current and future portfolio of work,” said Shepko.
Mr. Nonnemaker holds a degree in Architectural and Civil Engineering from Drexel University as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Villanova University. He will operate out of the Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions office in Newtown Square, PA.
