ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kelly, Anderson & Associates, Inc. (KAA)—a leading government services provider and strategic management and business development consulting firm—welcomes two former Federal executives to its Government Services Team. Both executives come to KAA with a passion for driving innovation to improve the government enterprise, which directly aligns with KAA’s corporate mission.
“The combination of tremendous talent and proven leadership that both Paul and Bob offer KAA make them two key contributors to the already-solid KAA Government Services Team”
KAA is pleased to announce that Paul Henne has been appointed as KAA’s Managing Principal for Government Services. With 33 years of Federal service, Paul has had several key roles, including as Assistant Director for Business Management and Operations, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Procurement Executive, in the Department of the Interior’s U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Paul joined KAA to lead the firm’s growing Government Services portfolio that includes business operations services for Federal clients in the areas of financial management, acquisitions, project management, budget, human resources, financial assistance, internal controls, facilities, property, engineering, and occupational safety.
The firm is also pleased to announce that Robert “Bob” Hosenfeld has joined KAA after having served as the Assistant Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection, Department of Homeland Security, and previously as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Human Resources, Department of Health and Human Services. After leaving Federal service, Bob was the Director of Strategic Initiatives for STG International for two years. In his role as a KAA Principal, Bob will lead the Federal Human Capital portfolio, within KAA’s Government Services Team, to assist agencies in adopting, managing, and executing innovative human capital programs. KAA’s diverse team of Federal HR experts provides HR operations, HR management, and human capital strategic planning services.
Both Paul and Bob will be leading a distinguished group of associates at KAA who have hands-on experience in managing Federal agencies and programs during their government careers. This insight gives KAA’s clients a clear advantage over working with other contractors, as KAA’s management staff and network of consultants understand agency needs, cultures, core competencies, history, and desires for the future.
“The combination of tremendous talent and proven leadership that both Paul and Bob offer KAA make them two key contributors to the already-solid KAA Government Services Team,” Tim Vigotsky, CEO and Chairman of the Board, was quoted as saying. “I’m confident that they will be driving forces in our continuing efforts to provide industry-leading services to our valued government and industry clients. On behalf of the entire organization we warmly welcome these two individuals who have a reputation for providing creative, cutting-edge services that will be needed by Federal agencies during these fiscally challenging times. “
