NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Houlihan Lokey, the international investment bank, today announced two new hires representing an expansion of the firm’s Business Services Group. Brennan Libbey has joined the firm as a Managing Director and Chin Pandya has rejoined the firm as a Vice President. Both executives are based in Los Angeles.

Mr. Libbey joins from UBS, where he was a managing director and co-head of the technology and business services group. He began his investment banking career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in 1993.
Mr. Pandya also joins from UBS, where he was most recently an associate director in the technology and business services group. Prior to UBS, Mr. Pandya spent four years as an associate and financial analyst in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Advisory Services business unit.

Mr. Libbey holds a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Pandya holds a B.S. in finance and accounting from the Leonard H. Stern School of Business at New York University.
