RICHARDSON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cassidian Communications, an EADS North America company, is pleased to announce the addition of Kyle Bräck as vice president of Programs and Customer Care for its Land Mobile Radio (LMR)/Long Term Evolution (LTE) business unit. In this critical role, Bräck will oversee project execution and service delivery from the organization’s new Richardson, Texas, facility, which was opened in August.

In this role, Bräck and his team will manage system design, rollout and ongoing customer service, as well as provide overall project management to ensure every LMR/LTE customer’s mission-critical communications needs are met in a timely, professional and consistent manner.
Bräck brings more than 25 years of experience in engineering, management and public safety to his new role. Prior to joining Cassidian Communications, he worked for Northrop Grumman, where he was responsible for implementing public safety and homeland security command centers, emergency communications and wireless initiatives across the U.S. Bräck previously managed emergency preparedness for the U.S. Department of Energy, where he served as Emergency Operations Center director. As a former first responder for worldwide nuclear counter-terrorism, he is particularly familiar with interoperable emergency communications.
