NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Levi & Korsinsky is investigating the Board of Directors of Mission West Properties, Inc. (“Mission West” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: MSW) for possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law in connection with the liquidation of the Company’s real estate assets.
