Lefler’s background in the industry is full-circle, as a condominium owner, board member and account manager. He originally began working with Certified Hawaii in July 2010. He rejoins from Destination Maui, Inc. to lead Certified’s Maui division. His experience includes account portfolio management for condominium associations and homeowner associations in addition to running the long-term rental program at Nai’a Properties, Inc.
Lefler was awarded the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation, is a licensed Realtor (S) on the island of Maui and is involved in the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He attends continuing education courses on property management and sales and is active in the Condominium Council of Maui.
