MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trissential, a management consultancy focused on business improvement, has added Robert Sabath and Richard Sherman as Discipline Experts to its growing Supply Chain Management Practice. Sabath and Sherman combined talents in the mid-nineties to launch, with Sabath as the managing partner, the supply chain management practice at Mercer Management Consulting which has since evolved into Oliver Wyman.
“Bob and Rich bring a legacy of game changing project and technology experience to the supply chain segment of our Enterprise Solutions National Practice.”
“Trissential is excited to bring these two recognized thought leaders together to lead the growth of our supply chain consulting practice,” said Craig Thielen, Principal and General Manager. “Bob and Rich bring a legacy of game changing project and technology experience to the supply chain segment of our Enterprise Solutions National Practice.”
Trissential’s unique and proven approach is founded on a deep, balanced focus on the three dimensions of business success: strategy, management and execution. Historically, supply chain has been considered an execution function, but supply chains thrive when they have an effective strategy aligned with the business, manage their complex responsibilities and customer/supplier relations well, and execute efficiently with relevant performance metrics and a process improvement culture. Trissential’s supply chain practice focuses on client enablement, effective talent development, and doing the right things as well as doing things right.
“Having worked with Trissential’s employees on several projects the past few months,” added Sabath, “it became apparent that the firm was unique and had developed a vested business model that is truly a win-win for the client and the firm. Having the opportunity to not only expand my relationship with Trissential, but also join together in collaboration with Rich is a great opportunity for all of us and the market.”
“Trissential impressed me with its business model and a working environment that places a strong focus on innovation and making the company an outstanding place to work,” said Sherman. “Working with Bob again is a bonus. We’ve always been like the Penn and Teller of supply chain, producing magical results but without illusion and creating client value and competitive advantage by looking outside the box.”
