Cornerstone Records Management provides document storage, secure document destruction, document imaging and data protection services to its customers. It uses a Kofax solution to automatically capture and perfect images of documents originating in both paper and electronic formats. Meta or index data for the document is then extracted automatically and used to make retrieval easier in a SharePoint repository, so employees in different locations and business lines can have easy access to information.
