Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Sage TimeSheet provides all the tools needed to accurately collect project time and expense data, track actual costs against a budget and generate more accurate time-to-completion estimates. The software is capable of adding sophisticated time and expense tracking data to financial, project management and payroll systems, or can function as a stand-alone project time and expense tracking tool.
Insperity Time and Attendance and Sage Employer Solutions, a business unit of Sage North America, also entered into an endorsement agreement, culminating a 20-year alliance between the two companies. The agreement positions InsperityTM TimeStarTM, a premier time and attendance software, on Sage’s exclusive list of endorsed products. Sage is a leading global supplier of business management software and services for small and midsized businesses. The Sage Group plc employs more than 12,600 people and supports more than 6 million customers worldwide. Sage Employer Solutions will market and resell Insperity TimeStar as its preferred time and attendance solution, integrated with Sage HRMS.
