prism’s advanced VoIP quality management capabilities allows IT staffs to monitor key quality VoIP metrics as well as trunk utilization and call detail records in real-time. prism’s integrated VoIP call path analytics allows users to analyze calls by source and destination. By providing full visibility of each hop along a call path and live status of data network devices, prism helps pinpoint problems as they occur and ensures call quality. prism supports multi-vendor VoIP environments including equipment from Cisco, Avaya and legacy Nortel systems.
