Financial Advisors, Moelis & Company, to host conference call to unveil a Blueprint for Restoring Safety and Soundness to the GSEs

NEW YORK--()--On Thursday, June 1, at 10:30 am EDT, Moelis & Company (NYSE:MC), a leading global independent investment bank, will host a teleconference and webinar to unveil a Blueprint for Restoring Safety and Soundness to the GSEs (the “Blueprint”). The Blueprint is a detailed proposal to end government control of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, protect taxpayers and maintain stability in the secondary mortgage market, while realizing a significant financial gain for the U.S. taxpayer.

Hosted by Moelis & Company, financial advisors to certain major preferred stockholders of Fannie and Freddie, the conference call will be led by Thane Carlston, Co-Head of Restructuring; Michael DiYanni, Managing Director; and Landon Parsons, Senior Advisor, both senior members of the Financial Institutions Advisory Group, who will discuss their analysis and overview of the Plan.
