CANONSBURG, Pa.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Utility Service Partners, Inc. (USP) welcomed 13 new partners this quarter who join more than 400 municipalities across the nation offering the National League of Cities (NLC) Service Line Warranty Program to homeowners.

“Homeowners are already burdened with a number of expenses,” said Rusin. “The NLC program is a tool for cities to help their residents address the challenge by providing a way for homeowners to manage the cost and inconvenience of service line repairs due to age, tree root intrusion, ground shifting and weather – all factors which are covered through the program.”
