The acquisition, which closed on March 31, 2017, establishes Wpromote’s East Coast presence, expands its offerings into new industries, and increases the firm’s staff to over 330 employees.

A team of 30 employees from Prime Visibility will continue to serve clients in the financial services, technology, and Ecommerce industries, including CIT Bank, De’Longhi, Silicon Valley Bank, and Publishers Clearing House. The acquisition, which is Wpromote’s second in the last 12 months, will extend Wpromote’s geographic presence to seven locations nationwide.
