Doug is a seasoned water industry expert that brings over 27 years of experience in developing innovative technologies and successfully integrating them into existing utility operations. Prior to joining FATHOM, he served as vice president of sales and marketing at WaterSmart Software, specifically using advanced meter infrastructure data and analytics to curb water use and solve customer service issues in North America, Europe and Australia. Prior to this, Doug was the director of sales for Schneider Electric’s Smart Water Technologies in North America, where he used supervisory control and data acquisition and operations data to solve distribution system, water quality, pump optimization and non-revenue issues at some of the biggest water utilities in the world.
