Forrester used 29 criteria to evaluate how each provider measures up and helps ebusiness and channel strategy professionals make the right choice when selecting a commerce provider. Digital River’s top scores were in the total cost of ownership, followed by solution architecture, company vision and product strategy and roadmap criteria.
