With the Everbridge integration, ResilienceONE users gain a single point of execution when declaring a disaster or business outage with seamless and streamlined notifications and incident management. The Everbridge solution is built into the ResilienceONE system, so no customization or configuration is required. The integration allows ResilienceONE users to:
- Automatically instruct whom to communicate with and how.
- Send messages without passing sensitive personnel data.
- Retrieve contact Channel information, then decide which channels to use for a given incident.
- Capture responses to view success/failure.
- Create messages for incidents in advance, then select the one to use at the time of incident.
- Quickly and easily sort and filter contacts in ResilienceONE, then mark them for communication.
