Versum Materials Initiates Quarterly Cash Dividend

TEMPE, Ariz.--()--Versum Materials, Inc. (NYSE: VSM) today announced that its Board of Directors has initiated a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on April 19, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 5, 2017.

The declaration and payment of any future dividends will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
