Baker is a managing director with Studer Group, a Huron solution. A registered nurse for 30 years, Baker has served partners in large, integrated health systems. Her focus areas include emergency, trauma and critical care.
Bonner is a managing director in higher education. He has more than 11 years of experience supporting business transformation, service delivery and technology implementations for large universities and medical centers. Bonner specializes in process redesign for human resources, payroll, benefits and research administration functions.
Bonser is a managing director in healthcare. She has spent more than 12 years improving the business and operational efficiency of commercial and federal healthcare organizations, and has valuable experience in revenue cycle improvements, CBO consolidation, workforce optimization modeling and change management.
