BELLEVUE, Wash.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Quadrant Homes today announced two promotions within the company’s senior management team in support of multi-family housing projects and the premium customer experience. Bryan C. Jones, formerly Director of Sales, has been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Spencer Wutherich, formerly Director of Construction, has been promoted to Vice President of Purchasing and Multi-Family Operations.

With 12 years of experience, Wutherich will lead the Purchasing and Multi-Family Operations team to deliver a focused approach for Quadrant’s premium multi-family projects. In December, Quadrant opened Viscaia, the company’s first multi-family home project in years. Nestled in the heart of Bellevue’s Crossroads neighborhood, the Viscaia community includes 18 premium townhomes ranging in size from 1,800 to 2,500 square feet. In Spring 2017, Quadrant plans to open the 29-unit Breva townhome community, also in the Crossroads neighborhood. Prior to joining Quadrant, Wutherich worked as the General Manager for Woodinville Lumber, one of Quadrant’s longtime vendor partners.
With over 15 years of experience, Jones will lead the Marketing and Sales Operations team to deliver premium concierge service. In December, Quadrant opened the doors to a new 4,200-square-foot Design Studio that offers on-site design professionals to help buyers create the perfect home. The Design Studio creates a world-class experience with concierge service and the best of the best design features, all in one place. Jones previously lead the Quadrant sales team under the Solution Partners NW umbrella.
These promotions follow 2016 hires of new purchasing managers, land development managers, and corporate concierge positions designed to deliver on Quadrant’s premium value proposition.
