SAN FRANCISCO--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Volta Charging, the only media platform that powers electric vehicles for free, has won a 2017 Social Good Award in the Awareness and Environmental Initiative category from Cynopsis Media for powering the “Naturally Different” campaign for Arrowhead® Mountain Spring Water. The campaign was developed by Kinetic Worldwide and included advertising placement on Volta’s electric vehicle charging stations to promote Arrowhead® Mountain Spring Water’s commitment to environmental sustainability and stewardship.

The “Naturally Different” campaign brought free EV charging through Volta’s network across southern California and was designed to connect with and activate consumers at their point of purchase. The campaign was responsible for powering 430,000 EV miles, 17,500 total EV charges, saving 9,500 total gallons of gas, and planting 2,200 trees (based on carbon offset) through Volta EV charging stations. After the campaign, Arrowhead® Mountain Spring Water picked up double-digit lifts in brand consideration, purchase intent, and attributes related to the brand’s commitment to their community.
