LeFever is widely recognized for his expertise in large-scale enterprise operations, innovative corporate strategy and organizational leadership. At IOMAXIS, he will be responsible for scaling the company’s expanding national footprint and operational capacities as it rapidly expands its commercial and federal markets practices.

LeFever joins IOMAXIS as a highly decorated retired three-star admiral acclaimed for his expertise in international diplomacy, counterterrorism, cross-functional coordination, disaster and humanitarian relief efforts and strategic operational planning. With almost four decades in uniform, serving in Navy and Joint leadership positions, LeFever is credited with significant national security achievements. Through building and promoting lasting partnerships between the U.S. and many of its key allies and coalition partners, he brought vision, leadership and success to work across international and interagency boundaries.
Since his retirement, LeFever co-founded a leadership development and advisory company, Invictus Advisors. He also served as a senior participant on multiple U.S. delegations working with foreign partners to tackle mutual national security challenges and as a Senior Advisor for the McChrystal Group and Department of Defense. LeFever is a graduate of the Naval Post Graduate School, where he earned a Master’s degree in Systems Technology, Command, Control and Communications.
