Prior to Granada, Garrett held senior leadership roles with IBM Global Solutions, FedEx, TeleTech and consulting at Eventus Solutions. During his career, Garrett has managed thousands of customer engagement agents supporting some of the world’s largest brands and optimizing business results via strategic outsourcing solutions.
